LS Bets – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing LS Bets. By accessing or using the LS Bets platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing any bets, entering raffles, or participating in games. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of San Andreas to use LS Bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. LS Bets reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time.

3. Account Registration, Security & Use

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify LS Bets immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, security breaches, or misuse of your account.

LS Bets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if any information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent. Accounts may be permanently banned without refund for misuse of the platform, including fraud, exploitation of vulnerabilities, abuse of promotions, or breaches of these Terms.

3.1 Multiple Accounts & Account Sharing (Strictly Prohibited)

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on LS Bets. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Sharing accounts with others
• Using another person’s account
• Allowing third parties to access your account
• Using alternate accounts to bypass limits, restrictions, or safeguards

If multi-accounting or account sharing is detected, LS Bets reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate all related accounts, void bets, confiscate winnings, reset balances without refund, and permanently ban involved users. LS Bets’ determination in such matters is final.

3.2 Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

Users may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion may be temporary or permanent and cannot be reversed until the selected period has fully elapsed. During self-exclusion or cooling-off periods, access to betting, games, raffles, withdrawals, and promotions may be restricted or disabled. Account closure does not exempt users from investigations, enforcement actions, or outstanding obligations. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Placing Bets, Wagers & Raffles

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed, except where cancellation is explicitly permitted under these Terms. Each bet is governed by specific rules, including odds, payout structures, and betting limits. Placing a bet includes a non-refundable processing fee of 5% of the bet stake for single bets and bet builders, applied on top of the wagered amount. For parlays, a 5% fee is applied to winnings if the parlay is successful. All fees will be displayed transparently before bet confirmation. Refunds are not guaranteed. In exceptional circumstances, including event cancellations or rule violations, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of LS Bets.

LS Bets assumes no liability for technical issues, website disruptions, or event interruptions and may void affected bets where necessary. Bets that violate these Terms or applicable regulations may be voided at any time without refund. Any wagers placed on events later determined by the governing body to be manipulated, rigged, or compromised will be voided; in such cases the original stake will be refunded and affected parlays recalculated accordingly. Bet limits may be imposed for reasons including risk management, financial security, or fair play.

4.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

LS Bets reserves the right to void, cancel, correct, or reverse any bets, games, payouts, or account balances affected by obvious errors. This includes incorrect odds, pricing mistakes, settlement errors, display inaccuracies, technical malfunctions, or human error. LS Bets’ determination regarding errors is final.

4.3 Bet Cancellation Policy

Single bets and parlays may be canceled more than ten (10) minutes before the scheduled start time of the relevant event. For parlays, the earliest event start time applies. Eligible cancellations will be refunded in full as site credit. Associated processing fees for eligible single bets will also be refunded. This policy applies only to open (unsettled) bets and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of this feature may result in loss of cancellation privileges, account suspension, or termination.

4.4 Correlated Outcome Betting Restrictions

Users may place multiple single bets on the same game, but with restrictions on correlated outcomes to prevent exploitation:

Prohibited Patterns:

• Same Market, Different Outcomes: Cannot place multiple single bets on the same market within one game (e.g., Over 0.5 AND Over 1.5 goals, or 1st Point Winner AND 2nd Point Winner on the same match).
• Same Outcome, Different Markets: Cannot bet the same outcome more than once on different markets within the same game (e.g., betting "Team A" in Map 1 Pistol Winner AND "Team A" in Map 2 Pistol Winner AND "Team A" in Map 3 Pistol Winner).

Allowed: You may place single bets on different markets with different outcomes on the same game (e.g., "Team A" for Match Winner AND "Team B" for Total Goals).

Bet Builder Alternative: For complex multi-selection strategies on the same game, use the Bet Builder feature which is designed to handle correlated outcomes with fair adjusted odds.

Enforcement: Violations of this policy result in affected bets being voided. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, bets may be voided with stake refunded, winnings recovered, or the account may be suspended or permanently banned.

4.5 Live Betting & Information Advantage

Bets placed on live or in-play markets where the bettor has prior knowledge of the outcome — including through physical attendance at the event, exploitation of broadcast or streaming delays (courtsiding), use of real-time data feeds, or any other information advantage not yet reflected in the platform's odds — are void. LS Bets reserves the right to void such bets, recover all associated winnings, adjust account balances, and permanently terminate accounts found to be engaged in this activity. This applies regardless of whether the platform's systems accepted the bet at the time of placement. Placing bets in this manner constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.6 Bug Abuse, Refund Processing & Raffles

If a user is found exploiting bugs or system errors for financial gain, their wallet balance will be reset to zero with no refund. Refund requests exceeding $100,000 may require up to seventy-two (72) hours to process due to internal authorization and compliance procedures.

Car Raffle Terms: Winners must select either the designated vehicle or the equivalent cash value within fourteen (14) days of the draw. Failure to select a prize within this period results in forfeiture with no further claims. If the vehicle is selected, it must be collected within fourteen (14) days of selection or may be forfeited at LS Bets’ discretion.

5. Risk Management System

LS Bets operates a dynamic risk management system designed to promote responsible gambling and protect both players and the platform. This system may be enabled or disabled at the platform's sole discretion without prior notice.

5.1 Risk Tiers & Scoring

The system evaluates player accounts based on historical activity including return on investment (ROI), win rate, profitability, and house impact. Players are automatically assigned to one of four risk tiers:

• Standard Tier: New or low-risk accounts with no betting restrictions
• Elevated Tier: Moderate-risk accounts subject to enhanced limits
• High Tier: Higher-risk accounts with reduced limits
• Critical Tier: Maximum-risk accounts with the most restrictive limits

5.2 Bet & Payout Limits

Each tier includes maximum stake and payout limits as follows:

• Standard: $250,000 max stake | $750,000 max payout
• Elevated: $200,000 max stake | $600,000 max payout
• High: $150,000 max stake | $450,000 max payout
• Critical: $100,000 max stake | $300,000 max payout

Bets exceeding applicable limits will be automatically capped to the user's maximum payout limit. Requested stake amounts exceeding the maximum will be reduced to the tier limit. These limits apply to all bet types, including single bets, parlays, bet builders, and games.

5.3 Odds Adjustment

Elevated, High, and Critical tier players may experience odds adjustments applied to individual bets and bet legs. These adjustments reflect the platform's risk exposure and are calculated automatically based on tier assignment. Adjusted odds will never drop below 1.01 (minimum -1% adjustment from standard pricing). Odds adjustments are displayed transparently in the betslip before bet confirmation.

5.4 Manual Overrides & Testing

LS Bets staff may apply manual overrides to specific character accounts for testing, promotional, or administrative purposes. These overrides may include custom stake limits, payout limits, or odds adjustments independent of the automatic tier system. Manual overrides are always at LS Bets' sole discretion and may be applied or removed without notice or explanation.

5.5 Recalculation & Tier Changes

Risk tier assignments are continuously recalculated based on updated player metrics. Tier upgrades or downgrades may occur automatically and take effect immediately. Players will not receive advance notice of tier changes. If a player is downgraded to a higher-risk tier, new limits apply to all subsequent bets, and current bets in the betslip reflecting higher limits may be automatically adjusted.

5.6 Parlay Void & Recalculation

If one or more legs of a parlay are voided by the platform, the remaining legs' odds are recalculated to determine a new payout. The revised payout is capped to the player's maximum payout limit at the time of void processing. If the recalculated payout exceeds the player's tier limit, the payout is reduced to that limit.

5.7 System Activation & Deactivation

The risk management system may be activated or deactivated by LS Bets at any time and at the platform's sole discretion. When active, all applicable limits, adjustments, and safeguards apply automatically. When inactive, Standard tier players experience no restrictions, while accounts with manual overrides continue to have those custom limits enforced. LS Bets will not provide advance notice of system activation or deactivation.

6. Games & Mini-Games

Participation in any game or lottery is final. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted. LS Bets reserves the right to terminate or modify any game or lottery at any time without refund. Game parameters—including stake limits, multipliers, and payout structures—may be changed without notice and take effect immediately.

Provably Fair & Integrity: All games utilize provably fair systems with verifiable seeds and hashes. Any outcomes determined to be manipulated, exploited, or unfair will be voided. LS Bets may remove winnings, adjust balances, and suspend accounts involved in breaches of these Terms.

6.1 Mathematical Advantage Exploitation & Systematic Game Abuse

LS Bets games are designed to be played recreationally. Any strategy, system, or methodology applied with the intent — or effect — of generating a statistically guaranteed or near-guaranteed positive return over time constitutes exploitation and is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Identifying and repeatedly exploiting a specific multiplier, mine configuration, or difficulty setting that produces a positive expected value (EV) for the player
• Applying betting systems (martingale, fixed-stake high-frequency, or similar) specifically calibrated to a game's payout table to systematically extract profit
• Any pattern of play that LS Bets reasonably determines is not recreational in nature but is instead structured to guarantee long-term profit at the platform's expense
• Communicating, sharing, or publishing exploitable strategies to third parties for coordinated use against the platform

LS Bets reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a player's activity constitutes mathematical advantage exploitation, regardless of whether any individual game session was played within the stated rules. Upon such determination, LS Bets may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:

• Void all or part of the winnings generated through the exploitative strategy
• Recover funds already withdrawn that were generated through exploitation, deducting them from any remaining balance
• Reset the account balance to the amount held prior to the exploitative activity
• Permanently suspend or terminate the account with no refund of remaining balance
• Refuse any pending or future withdrawal requests pending investigation

The fact that a game parameter was technically functioning as coded does not exempt a player from this clause. Unintended mathematical advantages arising from misconfiguration, pricing error, or oversight by LS Bets are treated equivalently to errors under Section 4.2 and are subject to full reversal. Players who identify what they reasonably believe to be an exploitable game parameter are obligated to report it to LS Bets support immediately and must cease play on that parameter. Continued play after identifying such an advantage — or knowingly playing under a configuration suspected to be exploitable — is treated as deliberate exploitation regardless of outcome.

6.2 Per-Session & Per-Account Game Payout Limits

Notwithstanding the maximum payout limits stated elsewhere in these Terms, LS Bets reserves the right to impose per-session, per-day, or per-account cumulative payout caps on any game at any time. Where a player's cumulative game winnings across any period are determined to result from exploitative play as defined in Section 6.1, total payable winnings may be capped at the amount LS Bets determines to be consistent with recreational play, irrespective of the nominal balance shown in the account.

7. Payouts & Withdrawals

Withdrawal limits may apply per transaction or period. Winnings exceeding payout limits may be processed in increments. A 5% withdrawal fee may apply. Standard withdrawals may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process. Withdrawal requests exceeding $500,000 may take up to thirty (30) days to process due to enhanced compliance procedures, regulatory requirements, and financial verification. Maximum winnings: $750,000 per bet or game; $1,000,000 per minigame. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts matching the verified account holder's identity. LS Bets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7.1 Withdrawal Structuring & Aggregation

The $500,000 threshold for enhanced compliance procedures applies on a cumulative basis. Multiple withdrawal requests that individually fall below $500,000 but in aggregate meet or exceed this threshold — whether submitted across multiple transactions or time periods — are subject to the same thirty (30) day review period as a single withdrawal exceeding that amount. LS Bets reserves the right to aggregate any combination of withdrawal requests it reasonably believes are connected by common ownership, account linkage, coordinated timing, or intent to avoid compliance procedures. Deliberate structuring of withdrawals to circumvent this threshold constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in a hold on all pending and future withdrawals, account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent ban.

7.2 KYC & Verification Rights

LS Bets reserves the right to request identity, age, residency, or additional verification at any time, including before withdrawals. Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension, delayed or denied withdrawals, voided bets or winnings, or account termination.

7.3 Premium & Emerald Subscriptions

LS Bets offers optional Premium and Emerald subscription tiers with enhanced benefits. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Benefits activate immediately upon payment and are non-transferable. Subscriptions expire at the end of the purchased term unless renewed. Included free tickets must be claimed within the eligibility window. Abuse or duplication of benefits may result in termination without refund and permanent suspension.

8. Responsible Gambling

LS Bets promotes responsible gambling and encourages users to wager within their limits.

Users are solely responsible for their gambling behavior. LS Bets is not liable for financial, emotional, psychological, or physical consequences arising from excessive or irresponsible gambling. Accounts displaying signs of compulsive gambling may be restricted or permanently suspended.

9. Fair Play

Fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or breaches of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Legal action may be pursued where applicable.

10. Privacy

LS Bets takes user privacy seriously. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is collected, stored, and used.

11. Force Majeure

LS Bets is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including server failures, cyberattacks, third-party outages, administrative actions, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, LS Bets may suspend services, cancel events, void bets, delay settlements, or roll back transactions without liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LS Bets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

April Fools Promotion

Any promotion claiming users can “Win a Million” during the April Fools event is entirely fictional and for entertainment purposes only. These winnings are not real, withdrawable, or transferable. By participating, users waive all claims or legal actions relating to this promotion.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of San Andreas. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the San Andreas Arbitration Association.
