2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of San Andreas to use our services. By creating an account, you verify that you meet these requirements. We may request proof of age and residency at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

- You must provide accurate and current information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

- LS Bets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any information provided is false, incomplete, or fraudulent.

- We may permanently ban your account without any refund for misuse, such as exploiting platform vulnerabilities or fraudulent conduct.

4. Placing Bets and Entering Raffles

- All bets are final upon confirmation. However, LS Bets now allows players to cancel certain bets under specific conditions. Single bets and parlays may be canceled and fully refunded in site credit if canceled more than ten (10) minutes before the start time of the relevant event (for parlays, the earliest event applies).

- If eligible for cancellation, single bet refunds include any associated processing fees. Canceled parlays will also refund the full stake, and all individual bets within the parlay will be voided.

- This cancellation policy applies solely to open (unsettled) bets and may be adjusted or revoked at any time at the discretion of LS Bets. Abuse of this feature may result in account suspension or removal of cancellation privileges.

- Each bet is governed by specific rules, including payout structures and odds limits.

- Placing a bet may incur a non-refundable processing fee, which will be communicated during the transaction.

- Refunds are not assured. However, in exceptional cases such as event cancellations or rule violations, refunds may be issued at our discretion.

- If technical issues disrupt an event, we may cancel affected bets without issuing refunds, though we will strive to make reasonable accommodations.

- LS Bets assumes no liability for technical issues or disruptions, including those involving website or event performance.

- We may void bets at any time without refunds if they contravene our Terms or applicable regulations.

- Any wagers placed on events determined by the organizing or governing body to have been manipulated, rigged, or subject to unfair practices will be deemed void. In such cases, a full refund of the wager amount will be issued, and any affected parlays will be recalculated accordingly.

- Limits may be placed on maximum bet amounts for reasons such as internal policy, financial security, or fair play.

- We may void and refund bets in compliance with our corporate policies.

- Upon winning the car raffle, the winner must select either the designated vehicle or the equivalent prize value within fourteen (14) days from the date of the draw. Failure to make a selection within this period will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and the raffle ticket will be deemed void, with no further claims permitted.

- If the winner of a car raffle selects the designated vehicle, they must arrange for collection within fourteen (14) days from the date of selection. Failure to collect the vehicle within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize at the sole discretion of LS Bets, with no further claims permitted.

- If you are found to be abusing a bug for financial gain on LS Bets, your wallet will be reset to 0 with no refund.

- In accordance with our updated policy and terms of conditions, any refund request exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) will require up to seventy-two (72) hours to process. This processing period allows for the necessary oversight and authorization procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy before a refund is issued.

5. Games

- Participation in any game or lottery offered on our platform is final. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are allowed.

- We reserve the right to terminate any game or lottery without refunds. Nevertheless, reasonable efforts will be made to address any issues.

6. Payout Limits

- LS Bets may impose limits on withdrawal amounts either per transaction or within a specific period. These limits may depend on factors such as withdrawal methods, verification, or the size of winnings.

- Winnings above the set payout limit will be processed in increments as specified in our payout guidelines.

- A fee of 5% may apply to each withdrawal.

- A maximum win amount of $750,000 per bet or game currently applies, but this limit may be subject to change.

- Payout limits may be revised to meet legal or regulatory requirements as needed.

- LS Bets cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment providers, although we will make every effort to process payments promptly.

- Special withdrawal limits and restrictions may be implemented based on internal policies, financial prudence, or fairness considerations.

- Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts that match the name registered for identity verification purposes.

- We may choose not to disclose reasons for any delays in withdrawal processing.

- Under our new policy and terms of conditions regarding withdrawal fees, any withdrawal amount exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) will require up to seventy-two (72) hours to process. This extended processing time is necessary due to additional oversight and approval procedures required for high-value transactions.

6.1 Premium Tiers & Subscriptions

LS Bets offers optional Premium and Emerald subscription tiers which grant additional benefits including higher betting limits, reduced fees, and free raffle/lottery tickets. By purchasing a Premium plan, you agree to the following terms:

• All subscription purchases are final. No refunds or partial credits will be issued once payment is confirmed.
• Subscription benefits begin immediately upon successful payment and apply only to the individual linked at the time of purchase.
• Each subscription is valid for the duration purchased (e.g., 1–12 months). Your plan will expire at the end of the paid term unless renewed.
• Free tickets and other benefits included in a Premium or Emerald plan are non-transferable and must be claimed within the eligibility window (e.g., one per raffle/draw).
• If subscription pricing changes after your purchase, your current plan will remain active at the original cost for its full duration. However, any new or renewed subscription will be subject to the updated pricing.
• You will not receive a refund or be required to pay the difference if pricing changes mid-subscription.
• LS Bets reserves the right to modify Premium benefits or discontinue plans with prior notice. Changes will not affect current, already-paid plans until their expiry.
• Any attempt to abuse or duplicate Premium benefits, may result in termination without refund and permanent suspension from LS Bets.
• ((If your Premium plan includes Discord integration, you must link your Discord account to receive associated roles. If your plan expires, your Discord roles may be removed automatically.))
• LS Bets reserves the right to adapt/remove/add perks to each tier at their discression.

7. Responsible Gambling

- We advocate responsible gambling and recommend that users bet within their limits. If you suspect a gambling problem, we urge you to seek assistance from a professional organization.

- LS Bets cannot be held liable for financial losses, emotional distress, or harm resulting from the use of our services.

- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to accounts showing signs of compulsive gambling behavior, especially if it endangers user wellbeing or platform integrity.

8. Fair Play

To maintain integrity, LS Bets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in instances of fraudulent behavior, bet manipulation, or breaches of these Terms. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances, and legal actions may follow.

LS Bets will not be held liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, to the extent permissible by law.

As part of our April Fools event, the site may display promotions claiming users can "Win a Million." However, this is purely a joke, and any winnings from this promotion are entirely fictional. These funds cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used in any real capacity. By participating, you acknowledge that this is a lighthearted prank and not a legitimate offer.

Furthermore, by engaging in this promotion, you waive any right to pursue legal action, claims, or disputes against LS Bets regarding the fictitious winnings. Any attempts to do so will be considered null and void.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of San Andreas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the guidelines of the San Andreas Arbitration Association.
